His background includes 20 years of service in the US Army, retiring as a Major and Gulf War Veteran, and an MBA from Chico State. Neutze is deeply involved in various community activities, serving on multiple boards including LAFCO with Mayor Audette and teaching concealed carry classes as a Certified NRA Instructor. His dedication to public safety, effective government operations, and business development aligns closely with Audette’s vision for California.
