After Wednesday’s Modoc County Farm Bureau Candidate Forum, Modoc County Supervisor Shane Starr announced his endorsement of Redding Mayor Tenessa Audette. Starr joins three of his fellow supervisors—Ned Coe, Geri Byrne, and Kathie Rhoads—in backing Audette for Assembly District 1. Modoc leaders are endorsing Audette over their local candidate, former Modoc County employee Heather Hadwick, making it clear that Audette’s leadership and experience resonates strongly across the county.
Additionally, Modoc Republican Central Committee Chair Linda Newman has thrown her support behind Audette, further solidifying her growing local momentum.
