In a continued wave of support from both seasoned and newly elected officials, Nevada County Supervisor-Elect Robb Tucker has officially endorsed Tenessa Audette for California’s First Assembly District. These endorsements reflect a growing movement of representatives determined to bring innovative solutions to the challenges facing the North State.
"Tenessa is part of a new generation of representatives who seek to restore balance in the legislature and ensure our voices are heard,” said Tucker. “I see in Tenessa a leader who is willing and able to deliver concrete, common-sense solutions. The people of our region are tired and suffering from ineffective leadership in Sacramento, and Tenessa’s commitment to problem-solving, not just political posturing, is exactly what we need.”
Tucker’s endorsement adds to the growing coalition of support for Audette, including endorsements from Congressman Doug LaMalfa, Board of Equalization Member Ted Gaines, Senator Shannon Grove, Modoc County Sheriff William “Tex” Dowdy, Placer County Supervisor Suzanne Jones, El Dorado County Supervisor George Turnboo, Sierra County Supervisors Sharon Dryden and Terry LeBlanc, and Shasta County District Attorney Stephanie Bridgett to name just a few. As Tenessa travels and meets with citizens and leaders throughout the district, her campaign continues to receive new endorsements, fueling increasing momentum with support from trusted leaders with experience at the local, state, and federal levels rallying behind her candidacy.
Audette’s campaign has also garnered support from key organizations committed to taxpayers, independent voters, and working families, including the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association, American Independent Party of California, California Women’s Leadership Association, and Laborers' International Union of North America (LiUNA!).
Audette’s campaign is focused on restoring California to a state that works for all its residents. Her priorities include defending against catastrophic wildfires through proactive forest management, ensuring homeowners insurance is accessible so our communities thrive, and supporting law enforcement to create safe and thriving communities.
Tenessa Audette is a California native, Mayor of the City of Redding, business owner, wife, mother, Rotarian, local Chamber member, and candidate for California State Assembly District 1.
